Last night saw the big reveal for the latest installment to the Call Of Duty franchise, or as somelike to call it COD.So what's going to flow and what's going to blow, may you ask.Well the release date will be in the early part of November and some additions include:A new training mode for you and a few mates to combat against the AI, which will help you to hone your tactics for the online multiplayer. There is now money in the game, which can be used to buy items and clothing. Money can be wagered by gamers as to whether they can come within the top 3 in a game, anyone under this will lose their wager. There are dogs.... well there have been in the last two, so why change a working practice for the sake of things.New additions to the Killstreak, include Napalm, Miniturrets and a Radio Controlled Car that is packed with explosives.Deathstreaks are gone.New additions to the care packages revealed yesterday were Death Machine (a multi barrel minigun) and Grim Reaper (a rocket launcher).Gone are Stopping Power and Juggernault.Looks like COD has caught up with Halo by offering budding film makers the ability to record in-game footage that can be edited and repackaged. No word on whether these can then be uploaded to YouTube or whether it will be a closed system where they will be hosted on Treyarch servers. We are hoping that YouTube is used which would be a bonus and firmly set COD apart from the Halo games. Can Treyarch provide a better and less hacked game? We suppose that only time will tell. Roll on November is all we can say.

The UK's first TV channel entirely devoted to videogaming will launch this November. It's called Ginx, and will be "fully distributed on cable and satellite TV". "For us it's about light gamers," said CEO Michiel Bakker at the Edinburgh Interactive Festival this morning.Ginx will initially focus on game reviews, but will expand to include shows that go deeper on other subjects. For example, Ginx will include a show that highlights sports stars who like games, will send a tour bus to follow bands who like games, and will even look at army personnel who like games.Bakker said Ginx will explore high definition and 3D in the future. "The Ginx channel is going to be an evolution rather than an overnight revolution,"Bakker said. "Is it a good TV show to watch people play games? Does that make for good TV? If it does we'll do it. If it doesn't we won't."Ginx already produces the UK's most popular videogame show GameFace, which launched in August 2009 on Bravo.

Looks like a re-release for this title is pretty imminent with the advantage of being able to use Kinetic and hopefully additional DLC added to the mix.
